Remodel

As seen in the before photo, the kitchen in this residence needed a major reconfiguration of space. The mission was to balance the room, create more storage space and redefine the seating area at the island. Everything in the kitchen was completely demolished down to the stud walls. The tile floors were also removed and replaced with Mexican terra cotta embossed to look like leather. The wet bar previously had a sunken floor. The floor was raised level with the great room floor. New appliances added with wine storage and refrigeration. LED multi-changing lighting inside and below cabinets.
